About the Program
The Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) program is designed to equip students with a strong foundation in computing principles and in-depth knowledge of modern software and hardware systems. The curriculum focuses on core areas of computer science, including programming, data structures and algorithms, database management systems, operating systems, computer networks, software engineering, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science and cybersecurity.
The program maintains a balanced approach between theory and practice through well-structured laboratory courses, coding assignments, mini projects and capstone projects, enabling students to apply theoretical concepts to real-world challenges.
With strong industry relevance, the program prepares graduates for opportunities across IT services, product-based companies, research organizations and start-ups. Career pathways include roles such as software developer, system engineer, data scientist, AI/ML engineer, cloud engineer, cybersecurity analyst and research professional.
