Spearheading the preparation and submission of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) and Self-Study Reports (SSR) for NAAC.

Conducting rigorous internal and external Academic and Administrative Audits (AAA) to monitor teaching-learning progressions.
Stakeholder Feedback
Collecting and analyzing 360-degree feedback from students, parents, alumni and employers to bridge industry-academia gaps.
Outcome-Based Education
Ensuring the rigorous implementation of OBE frameworks, CO-PO mapping and modern pedagogical training for faculty members.
